Solespire has always been, and will continue to be, openly operated like a startup.
Founded on 27 March 2017 by father-and-son Kris and Marcus Anthony Cyganiak in Canada, Solespire became a multinational organization with its expansion into Italy on 9 July 2024.
As such, Solespire has instituted a “One Solespire, Two Systems” model. This innovative approach allows Solespire to tailor its operations to the unique market dynamics of each country, while maintaining a cohesive global brand identity in the digital media and technology space, with room for further international expansion in the future.
Solespire co-founders Marcus Anthony and Kris Cyganiak began in 2017 as Managing Partners in Canada, holding the titles of President and Vice President, and later CEO and President from 2022 when Derek Alexander Cyganiak, Marcus’s brother, was named Vice President. Those executive titles have since been dropped as Solespire realigns its ownership and operational structure to accommodate international considerations.
After seven years, Solespire returns to its roots with its founding duo of web creators, Marcus and Kris, as Solespire’s sole leaders. Drawing on over 15 years of collaboration—including their work on the original BuyRIC real estate website in 2009, launching The Pinnacle List luxury real estate website in 2011, and starting TRAVOH in 2016 for travel enthusiasts—they continue to leverage their extensive experience to strategic new heights.
Today, Marcus leads Solespire Italy as Managing Director, while Kris retains his position overseeing Solespire Canada as Managing Director. Together, they guide Solespire’s global reach with their entrepreneurial “founder mode” mentality, seizing opportunities and creatively achieving goals by embracing the ‘less is more’ philosophy, while employing a hands-on approach that leverages AI technologies and automation systems. This strategy aims to enhance efficiency and further drive Solespire’s digital footprint growth.
This year’s intercontinental expansion reflects Solespire’s startup spirit, with Marcus and Kris continuing to work as conjoined solopreneurs, now each heading Solespire within two systems across Europe and North America. Their regional focus ensures that content marketing campaigns and advertising services are highly responsive to market needs.
